Michael Fetzer
Founder, President and Senior Technologist Mike is a technology enthusiast at heart. He holds advanced degrees in computer science, mathematics, and physics, but really enjoys problem solving and working with real world issues and people. Mike's been working with this 'Internet' thing since '88, a while before they started calling it that, and was co-founder of one of the northwest's largest and most successful ISPs.
Patricia Nolan
Co-founder, VP of Sales & Marketing Trish is a people person. She has advanced degrees in business administration, and really keeps this organization together. Unlike the rest of the geeks, Trish actually has patience and understanding. Trish is in charge of customer service and will be your best friend in time of need.
Bruce Calvin
Senior Technology Advisor Years of customer service experience and a love of technology make this Bruce's dream job. As well as striving to provide exciting and feasible solutions to his client's needs, Bruce also enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends.
Dean Ward
Service Manager Originally from England, Dean has been living in the US since 1985. After living in So California for the past 20 years, decided to relocate to the Pacific Northwest. Dean brings over 20 years experience in the electronic security industry as a technician and a manger to DSI. As service manager Dean ensures that DSI clients get the best service possible.
Jill Pruett
Chief Accountant Jill Pruett, an accounting graduate of Portland State University, brings to Dental Systems Integrators over 25 years' experience with accounting for service businesses. She brings a focus on organization and systems experience that enhances the value we add to the dental community.
Randall Haltom
Low Voltage\Phone Systems Engineer Randy is our cable guy and the man who knows more about phone systems than the manufacturers. He's licensed for low voltage installations, and a certified partner for many telephone system manufacturers. Contrary to what he says, he really likes crawling under buildings. He's also better, faster, and more reliable than anyone else in his field.
Doug Johnson
Systems Engineer Doug is definitely Mr. Nice Guy. Not only does he know his stuff, he's well liked and respected by all of our clients. Doug's motivation for getting into computer technology was to know more than his 4 year old. By now, he's become a true expert.
Jason LeMaster
Systems Engineer Jason is your friend when things go badly. He is well versed in dental technology, and really focuses on the people aspect. Jason gets a universal thumbs up from all of our clients.
Mark Phillips
Systems Engineer Mark is a Visio Drawing fool. If a detailed diagram of your new office is what your looking for, then Mark is the man to talk to. Mark has an eye for detail that would make Davinci blush, and can whip out a structured diagram faster than John Wayne pulling a pistol.
Jeremy Quiett
Systems Engineer Jeremy is the handyman of the bunch. Not to say the rest of the guys don't excel with powertools, but Jeremy is definitely the man for construction projects. His years of background in the industry give him the not-so-common sense necessary for remodel and buildout projects. On top of that, he's very much into assembling computer systems from scratch and getting the strangest combinations of hardware to run an operating system.
Ron Campbell
Systems Engineer Ron is the newest permanent member of our tech team but don't let that fool you, he has jumped right in and developed a firm grasp of dental software and hardware that makes him one of our most requested techs. Ron is also responsible for the new update to our beloved site essentially bringing us into the 21st century.
